The membership of the UR God’s Gift reserve the right to deny service to any member or prospective member at any time if they do not play by the rules.
1. No Soliciting. Do not offer anything to a member upon first contact. Focus on introducing yourself and the benefits you provide.
2. No Misrepresentation. Please be as honest and forthright about yourself and your offer as possible. Members are encouraged to report any communications that they consider to be misleading or any members that appear to be misrepresenting themselves.
Term and Service
All of UR God’s Gift users must read and accept every aspect of this and any other agreement or policy provided by UR God’s Gift. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the UR God’s Gift web site or any affiliated services. Moreover, UR God’s Gift reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Your use of the UR God’s Gift and affiliated services indicates your unconditional acceptance of all changes made to this agreement at any point.
Trademark Infringement
All names and logos associated with UR God’s Gift are trademarks of UR God’s Gift. You may not use any UR God’s Gift trademark in any manner without written consent. Furthermore, U R God’s Gifts users may not infringe on any patents, trademarks, or other copyrights of UR God’s Gift and Team Evangelistic Service Providers users or any other parties whatsoever.
The UR God’s Gift allows others to connect with small businesses, entrepreneurs, churches, organizations, entertainers, individual’s customers, vendors and employees. The Web site acts as a "virtual rolodex" that people like yourself can use at any time to connect with other professionals and talented individuals that can help you succeed.
Membership Conditions
For obvious legal reasons UR God’s Gift and any affiliated services may not be used by persons under the age of 16. This same restriction applies to any users suspended or removed from the UR God’s Gift or any affiliated services. Users are prohibited from transferring or profiting from the transfer of their UR God’s Gift account to another party. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use UR God’s Gift web site.
Terms of Information Use
UR God’s Gift is authorized to use any information that is provided by users or affiliates. This information is used at no charge from the users and may be used for any purpose associated with UR God’s Gift or any affiliates. All information that a user posts on the UR God’s Gift is completely the Users responsibility. UR God’s Gift is not responsible for any misrepresentation of facts or other errors in this content. UR God’s Gift strives to ensure the integrity of the information on the UR God’s Gift web site, but cannot guarantee the truthfulness of the information that each user provides through the UR God’s Gift website. UR God’s Gift reserves the right to release any user information or other information if required to do so by law.
UR God’s Gift Contact System
UR God’s Gift has created a proprietary messaging system for users to communicate with one another and for UR God’s Gift to contact these users. Additionally, UR God’s Gift may communicate with its users via email or other forms of contact in the normal course of business. All users must agree not to abuse the UR God’s Gift contact system in any manner. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in account suspension or termination.
Confidential Information Exchange
All information submitted to the UR God’s Gift, including messages, will become property of UR God’s Gift. Please do not send any confidential information through the UR God’s Gift. You're best off using the system to make contact with other Members and then continue any confidential information exchange through your own methods.
Use of the UR God’s Gift
Your use of the UR God’s Gift service must follow the guidelines set forth in this agreement. UR God’s Gift may refuse or revoke service or other offerings without prior notice to any user or potential user for any reason. Users must obey all applicable local, national, and international laws associated with the use of the UR God’s Gift web site and any affiliated services. Users take complete responsibility for all activities that occur under their UR God’s Gift account with or without their prior knowledge or consent. In the event that you discover any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify the UR God’s Gift so that the proper actions can be taken.
Types of Business Not Supported
There are a few organizations that we just cannot seem to support without throwing the rest of our community up in arms. You must be a biblically sound ministry, organization or individual. We will not tolerate cults of any kind nor any other services that is not found in the word of God. We will not tolerate services, which have anything to do with pornography or adult entertainment. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend accounts that appear to be related to these types of businesses and talent.
User Agreement
Users agree with UR God’s Gift "IS NOT” to use the UR God’s Gift or any services provided by UR God’s Gift or its affiliates to:
1.Commit ANY unlawful acts
2.Post or "Spam" other users on the system with unsolicited advertising or other communications
3.Harm the UR God’s Gift or any related systems and infrastructure in any way through any means criminal or tortuous activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets Collect or resell data containing other users' profile or personal information or any other information on the UR God’s Gift web site.
4. Harass other users or anyone else in any way
5.Misrepresent themselves in any way through profile postings, messages sent to UR God’s Gift or other users, or any other method
6.Commit any actions considered to be unethical or to abuse the UR God’s Gift system, other associated services, or users
7.Attempt to deliberately solicit members to leave the UR God’s Gift web site in favor of another related or competitive service.
Disciplinary Guidelines
UR God’s Gift has set in place a listing of disciplinary guidelines for regarding the use of the UR God’s Gift or any affiliated services. UR God’s Gift may, but is not obligated to, enforce penalties for breaching these guidelines. Foremost, you agree that the UR God’s Gift may immediately suspend or terminate your UR God’s Gift account and all access to the UR God’s Gift and other services without prior notice. The following will lead to the suspension or termination by the UR God’s Gift of a user's account
1) Violation of this Terms of Service or the User Agreement within this document
2) Violation of any applicable laws
3) A user's request to have their own profile removed
4) Account inactivity.
Account termination will include, but is NOT limited to the previous items and events listed. UR God’s Gift account suspension or termination includes the complete stoppage of all use of the UR God’s Gift and any affiliated services. All account suspensions or terminations will be made at UR God’s Gift discretion and without necessarily consulting any other parties. UR God’s Gift is not liable for any damages associated with the suspension or termination of a user's account. The UR God’s Gift will not issue any refunds whatsoever to Members who have violated these Terms of Service. Users further agree to the terms set forth in the Refund Policy.
Extent of Liability
By accepting this Terms of Service agreement, you agree that UR God’s Gift, and any persons or entities associated or affiliated with UR God’s Gift are not responsible for any damages to any party as a result of using the services provided or transacting business with UR God’s Gift UR God’s Gift or affiliates. UR God’s Gift reserves the right, but is not obligated, to screen the content that is posted on the UR God’s Gift for any abusive, false, unreliable or other unacceptable material. However, we cannot guarantee that users will not find such material on this site. We rely a great deal on the UR God’s Gift user base to help protect the standards and integrity of the site. Please report any such offenses to UR God’s Gift info@urgodsgift.com so that proper action can be taken. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to terminate any accounts that are in violation of this Terms of Service Agreement or any other policies that our company maintains. We hold no responsibility for ANY damages caused for any reason to users of our services or to other parties. Furthermore, UR God’s Gift is not responsible for malfunctioning features or services that may hinder your use of the UR God’s Gift web site or its offerings or cause damages to any party. We will do our best to provide a fully functioning service with complete integrity at all times, but this cannot in any way be guaranteed. UR God’s Gift will not be held responsible for the actions of other users on the Network or outside parties that disrupt the normal functioning of the network. Refund Policy:
UR God’s Gift offer's a 3-day trial period for Subscriptions. In either case, you may cancel your subscription in 3-days before the trial ends for a full refund. You will only be eligible for a refund for the 3 day trial offer on your first Request posting and/or your first Subscription package. If you are outside of your trial period, we will not offer any refunds for payments that have already been debited.
Overdraft Fees:
Under no circumstances shall the UR God’s Gift be held responsible for overdraft charges incurred from your financial institution as a result of any purchases or renewals through or in connection with our website. It is the sole responsibility of you as a customer to ensure "overdraft fees," "overage fees," or "over limit" or any other fees from your financial institution do not occur by taking the necessary action to avoid them. Furthermore, UR God’s Gift is not liable for any fees incurred due to billing errors.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed on a yearly recurring basis. Your card will be debited the full purchase amount on the 1st day of your 3-day trial.
Your yearly recurring date will be set 30 days from the day that your 3-day trial expires. Your trial begins the exact day you purchase your Subscription. Your trial will expire at 11:59:59 PM EST on the 3rd calendar day from the date of the purchase. We charge your account in advance for each billing cycle. (i.e. if you purchase your Subscription on the first calendar day of any month your 3-day trial will expire at 11:59:59 PM EST on the 3rd day of the month. Your recurring date will then be set to the 4th day of each month. Your account will continue to recur on the 4th day of each month until canceled.) We will not refund "un-used" portions of a subscription. If you decide to cancel, we simply stop all further billing and your subscription will expire at the end of your current billing period.

b) We will not tolerate any vulgarity or profanity, it is totally prohibited it should not be named among us as Gods people. The use of crude sexual words are strictly prohibited. Please use common sense and courtesy and remember God is in the room.
c) Personal insults are not tolerated.
d) No passing blame on others ignore them.
e) Private room are available for person-to-person chat and group chat please exercise Christ like characteristic.
f) We do not recommend you give out personal information; however it is your right please exercise discretions.
g) Members have the right to refuse any request for person-to-person chat from another member.
h) Request permission for private chat(s).
i) You can block or delete unwanted emails.
j) Email functions can be turned off.
k) We try not to offend anyone. User name(s) are very important. Users name(s) should not be offensive to your fellow brethren, if so you may be ask to change the name out of respect to others
m) Group chat room(s) are available, if you are not of the same interest group do not bother to join them you may be booted out. Respect group chat room. General chat room(s) are for everyone. Private Messages and Private Rooms are logged and monitored by our volunteers for security purposes.
o) UR God’s gift is not liable for your conduct. Use of the chat rooms is at your own risk...
p) We provide the chat room as a service to all registrants there are no guarantees given or implied. Use of the chat rooms is at your own risk. Your use of the chat rooms constitutes an agreement that you will not hold UR God’s Gift or its affiliates liable for anything misappropriate conduct verbal or actual to anyone at anytime online or offline.
q) Again, you agree by using this chat room. UR GodsGift.com will not be held liable in any case and for any reason. If for any reason you attempt to take legal action against UR God’s Gift or its affiliates, you agree to pay any and all lawyer fees, court cost or any other costs related regardless of outcome.
r) Use of the chat room signifies that you are in total agreement to the terms contained here within. If you disagree with any of these terms, then please do not use the chat rooms. If you use the chat room and do not agree to these terms UR God’s Gift can and will not be held responsible. Thank you for participating in the ministry of Ur God’s Gift.
t) UR God’s Gift and its affiliates reserve the right to ban anyone from using the chat rooms at any time and for any reason they deem necessary include, but not limited to:
u) Abusive language
v) Disrespect of others
w) Causing a disturbance
x) Purposely annoying others
y) UR God’s Gift does not discriminate due to race, color, or religious background. All are welcome from any walk of life to the ministry of UR God’s Gift.
z) Provocative login names, i.e, hotmomma, sexysuzie, are not allowed as those kinds of names promote a sexually charged atmosphere. The Bible says that some things should not be named among us as saints, so let's shun the very appearance of evil.
aa) Family friendly URL's are allowed to be posted in the chat rooms. Under no circumstances are URL's to other chat rooms, or to any form of advertisement permitted. Posting of such URL's will result in being banned from the chat rooms.
bb) Never publicly post email address, phone numbers, or anything that would compromise your location or identity. If you do give out information to anyone in the chat rooms, you are 100% responsible for any outcome as a result.
cc) Talking in CAPS is considered fussing and can be annoying to others. If you have a hard time seeing the text, go to Options and make your font larger.
dd) This Christian Chat Rooms purpose is for Christian Fellowship and Networking and bookings.

ff) Religion can be debatable respect others faith. We ask that there be NO RELIGIOUS ARGUMENTS that should not be named among us!

ii) If you are banned you may be allowed to return after reviewing your purpose for coming back. If you are allowed to return your profile will be under surveillance for the following 12months randomly to determine permanent banning. We believe in second chances
jj) Any attempts at retaliation from being banned or for any other reason will be reported to your ISP. Everyone's ISP information is recorded upon entering the domain and particularly the chat rooms. With this information you can be traced and reported.
